With the autumn comes the black pearl from Burgundy "Tuber Incinatum" with its flavour of undergrowth associated to the subtle delicateness of the hazelnut. The truffle brings to the seasonal vegetables a gorgeous nice chocolate colour, accompanying the dishes during the month before the arrival of its big sister. "Tuber Melanosporum", a truffle from Perigord will see us celebrate, from December the festive season until march when we will welcome back Easter will sublimate all your dishes.
