Here you can survey the enchanting panoramic views of the lake and distant mountains as you relax and choose from the menus of magical dishes prepared by our Executive Chef Philippe Audonnet.
The dishes combine Philippe’s background in French cuisine and love of producing a perfect harmony of flavours, which entwine with the influence of Beatrice Tollman, President and Founder of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection. Beatrice has a particular passion for food and entrusts her famous signature dishes to Philippe.
