The aptly named Windows Restaurant is open throughout the day for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Here you can survey the entrancing panoramic views of the lake and distant mountains as you relax and choose from the menus of magical dishes prepared by our Executive Chef Philippe Audonnet.
The dishes combine Philippe’s background in French cuisine and love of producing a perfect harmony of flavours, which entwine with the influence of Beatrice Tollman, President and Founder of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection. Beatrice has a particular passion for food and entrusts her famous signature dishes to Philippe.
Exquisite five star international cuisine is matched by an extensive Wine List – with the hotel’s sommelier on hand to help you select your perfect match – and first class professional service from the front of house team. Browse our Classic Menu inspired by Mrs Tollman, for a flavour of what to look forward to at Windows. This is served from 12pm to 3pm Monday to Saturday. We serve our Philippe Audonnet Gastronomic Menu from 7pm until 10.15pm Monday to Saturday.
