Hotel: The Chesterfield Mayfair

The Chesterfield Hotel, four star, located in Mayfair are looking for a professional Junior sous chef to assist the head chef with all areas of the kitchen. You will ideally have worked within a similar environment, a four or five star hotel at junior sous or chef de partie You will be enthusiastic and creative with a passion for fine cuisine and will enjoy working as part of a team.
You will have experience of running the kitchen in the Exec chefs absence along with supervising a team.level. Previous London hotel experience is desirable but not essential. the hours are 40 per week usually Monday to Friday with exceptions so flexibility is required. Live-out permanent position.
