Receptionist

To succeed in this role you should have a confident and outgoing nature with customer service experience.You will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guests and dealing with check in and check outs on a daily basis. You will provide information on the hotels facilities and local area along with dealing with any queries guests may have throughout their stay.
The ideal candidate will have a good command of the English language along with the ability to communicate well. You will be smart in appearance and follow our philosophy of ‘no request too large no detail too small.’ Previous hotel reception experience is desirable.
