Q. What Credit Cards are accepted?
A. All major credit cards are accepted including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club.
Q. I am a US Citizen and wondering where I get the latest passport information for international travel?

Q. How can I get to the ski slopes?
A. There are daily tour trips that can take you ski-ing, there are several bus routes and trains daily. In addition we can hire a car for you that would enable you to get to to the Jura Mountains in France within half an hour or the VIP resort 'Gstaad' in Switzerland. Our renowned concierge can provide directions
Q. Do you have water sports near the hotel?
A. During the summer season there are a host of watersports including windsurfing and sailing on Lake Geneva. There are several swimming pools opposite the hotel along with the children's funfair and many cafes and restaurants.
Q. Do I need to rent a car through my stay?
A. If you are travelling in and around Geneva you might prefer to let somebody else drive for you, our concierge team can hire personal drivers, taxi's and limousines for you. Please do consider your time of travel, Geneva can be very busy during peak times (early morning and evenings) when it is often advisable to pre-book your transportation.
Q. Do I need to bring an electric socket converter?
A. We can provide you with the relevant converters for any electrical items you may have, remember also that we have irons and hairdryers in our rooms so you do not need to bring these.
Q. Can I bring my pet with me?
A. Pets are welcome in our guest bedrooms and a range of pet beds and menus are available, this can be arranged when making your reservation. Please ensure to give prior notification. Though a deposit is requested upon arrival in case of any damage caused, this will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
