After a lively night out, there's nothing better than a relaxing Sunday brunch. Our new brunch menu begins with pastries, cereal, yoghurt, charcuterie, seasonal salads, carpaccio of beef, trio of salmon, veloute of sweet potato, fresh orange and vegetable juices and your choice of eggs. This is followed by a choice of main courses - choose from grilled meat or fish dishes, a risotto or a pasta, finishing with an excellent cheese platter and a buffet of delicious desserts including chocolate mousse, seasonal tarts and homemade cakes and panna cotta with fresh fruit. CHF 89.- per person.
