Geneva's Christmas market a treat

Locally-made arts and crafts and a variety of colourful mementos from around the world will be found on Geneva's Place de la Fusterie when the city's Christmas market goes live next month.

The annual market, which is just an 11-minute walk from Hotel d'Angleterre, will run from November 25th to December 24th, giving guests of the luxury Geneva hotel an opportunity to get unique presents for their loved ones.

An international 'village' comprised of a selection of chalets will be part of the Christmas offering, which is located in the heart of Geneva's main shopping area, boasting a selection of jewellers and trendy cafes.

Those wishing to discover the rich historical heritage of Geneva can take advantage of the Arts & Culture package being offered by Hotel d'Angleterre.

Guests can combine their shopping experience across the city with a visit to two of Geneva's superb museums, entry tickets to which will be provided by the luxury hotel as part of the aforementioned deal.
