Black Movie Festival at various locations

Cinemas across Geneva will come together during mid-February to host one of the city's premier film events.

The Black Movie Festival brings the very latest films from Africa, Asia and Latin America to Switzerland, many of which will be seen for the first time by European audiences.

Highlights of this year's event include screenings of Dangerous Liaisons, a poisonous tale which unfolds between two people who wish they had never met one another.

Made in China is another film which will thrill audiences, telling the story of daily life in an ever-changing China.

I-Sinema is another production which movie fans are getting excited by, offering an insight into Indonesian cinema and life.

None of the productions shown at the festival shy away from controversy, with visitors to previous events likely to return to enjoy many more innovative and inspiring cinematic works.
