Damien our sommelier is delighted to present an impressive variety of wines from around the world. His contacts in Burgundy, Bordeaux, and South Africa, and in particular with local growers, enable him to select the best for our guests, including some excellent and intriguing local vintages. Working in collaboration with head chef Philippe, Damien has extensively researched the best possible matches of wine to menu to ensure the perfect partner for your meal. He is also proud of the vast selection of liqueurs, teas and coffees the hotel offers.
