Indian Festival in Geneva

Mark your calendar for an exceptional dining experience.

Summer sees the return of Geneva’s Indian Festival, now in its 17th year. The annual tradition brings an authentic taste of the subcontinent to Windows Restaurant, where Michelin-starred Chef Alfred Prasad serves a selection of delicious and delicately spiced dishes.

Chef Prasad was the youngest Indian chef to be awarded a Michelin star, at the age of 29. His innovative cuisine will feature on the menu from 22nd July – 25th August, with exceptional dishes such as slow-roasted cauliflower with browned onions and barberries, pan-fried sea bream in a Mangalorean sauce, and a medley of tandoor (methi-malai prawns, murgh tikka and lamb chop). Windows’ famous Sunday brunch will also take on an Indian influence.

Enjoy this authentic taste of the subcontinent from a prime vantage point overlooking the Jet d’Eau – ideal for watching the Geneva Fireworks.
